Known for their genre-defying mix tapes and 4-turntable performances, DJs Wood ‘n’ Soo have proven time and again their ability to rock just about any crowd that’s put before them. On the strength of their rapid-fire blending and on-the-fly remixing, they have been toured Canada and have become mainstays of the Vancouver club scene. Having supported such diverse international talent as Z-Trip, Q-Bert, DJ Numark, Stanton Warriors, Shy FX, Zion I, South Rakkas Crew, and much more, they have attained a world wide cult following.
Both seasoned crate diggers, Wood ‘n’ Soo were raised in the age of vinyl LPs and 12″ singles. The onset of the digital era has done nothing to diminish their hunger for fresh new sounds. While rocking the party remains first priority, the duo refuse to be pidgeon-holed into any particular genre or style of DJing. Hip hop, Funk, Disco & Reggae form the roots of their diverse sound, while their sets branch out to include an array of styles from past to present. Many of today’s digital jocks are content to please crowds with only the most tried & true chart toppers but Wood’n'Soo are relentless tastemakers, mixing future classics and exclusive bangers into every set. Whether individually or as a team, these two vets bring the ruckus where ever they go.

Trevor Spilt Milk started as a hip hop and breaks dj in Edmonton in 1995 and quickly became recognized across the west for having the funkiest breaks, hip hop, funk, and house. In Vancouver since 02 – He co-hosts Notes From The Underground on CITR fm 101.9 Saturdays from 7- 9 pm.
